The WorldHealthRecord is a Free online personal health record (PHR) managed and created by you. It contains all your important health information, which you own and control. Registering takes only one minute!

Once you have registered, you can update any of the information in your records. Simply click the Change/Modify Button on the left hand side of the web page to change your personal information, emergency contacts,medications, health history, family history, etc. Your health may change, doctors may change... and you can keep up with it as it happens. Yes it is that easy. :-)

We know that not all your medical information is completely digital: some are pictures, movie files, etc. To include this in your medical history we have provided a secure file upload page along with your health record on WorldHealthRecord.com. You can use a scanner or upload existing digital files to add them to your account.

To access your records, simply use the login on the home page of this site with your Username and Password. Anywhere there is an Internet connection, your information is available to you and your physicians. It's that easy!
