Pat
Guariglia, CEO and CoFounder
Mr. Guariglia is a coFounder and CEO of VRSurgeon,
the company that has developed WorldHealthRecord
and its affiliate websites. Mr. Guariglia brings
over 15 years of executive level management experience
to WorldHealthRecord and VRSurgeon. He has served
at GE and the New York State Department of Transportation
in upper level IT project management positions.
Mr. Guariglia has earned a BS in Political Science
from Fordham University and has undertaken coursework
in Business Management at SUNY Albany. |

Curt
Grob MD, Chief Medical Officer and CoFounder
Dr. Grob is a coFounder and Chief Medical Officer
of VRSurgeon. Dr.Grob was responsible for the
clinical integration and applicability of the
WorldHealthRecord. His hours in the Emergency
room, and practicing clinical medicine ensure
the WorldHealthRecord is the best Personal Health
Record on th Planet. Dr.Grob holds an MD from
MUSC in Charleston,SC and has undertaken graduate
coursework on Public Health at SUNY Albany and
the Harvard School of Public Health. He has several
patents pending and multiple technology disclosures
filed. |

Jeff
Ploetz, CIO
Mr. Ploetz is CIO of VRSurgeon. Mr. Ploetz has
eighteen years experience excelling in project
management and Oracle development. Jeff has worked
in his field at Lockheed Martin, General Electric,
Oracle, Westinghouse, and Keane. He has strengths
in organizing successful large cross team engagements,
database design and security aspects with DOE
“Q” level clearance. Recognized as
employee with very high integrity and work ethics.
Jeff’s knowledge of large-scale integration
projects and expertise in Oracle leads WorldHealthRecord
into the future. |

Riener, Vice Chairman
Mr. Riener has over thirty years of general management
experience both with large complex multinational
corporations as well as early stage technology
companies. Mr. Riener began his management career
with American Express, were he became the first
CEO of American Express Travel Management Services,
which, under his leadership became the largest
travel and corporate card company in the world
and the largest profit contributor to the Company.
During his fifteen- year career with American
Express, he was also CEO of the Corporate Card
Division, CEO of the Money Order Division. And
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
the consumer card organization. After leaving
American Express in 1986, he became CEO of Gelco
Travel and Payments Systems significantly increasing
both sales and profit for both companies. In 1989
the Carlson Companies acquired Gelco Travel; and
Mr. Riener became CEO of the new Carlson Travel
Commercial Company. Carlson Travel became the
second largest travel company in the world. In
1997 he became President CEO of Terion Inc, a
Venture backed start up Technology Company providing
two way wireless data communications to the transportation
industry, utilizing unique RF technology. Under
his leadership, the company attracted over $30
million in funding and formed strategic partnerships
with leading transportation companies including
Penske Capital, Detroit Diesel, Delphi Automotive,
Knight Transportation, and GATX. Terion was acquired
by GE Capital. In June 2001, Mr. Riener was appointed
Chairman, President, CEO of RFP Express Inc, an
early stage Web-based Technology Company focusing
on providing leading companies and hotels with
on-line tools to manage the request for proposals
related to travel services. Under his leadership,
the Company achieved profitability for the first
time in its history, and significantly increased
revenue by implementing a telemarketing sales
strategy that added significant new corporate
customers as well as major hotel companies and
individual hotel properties as clients. In 2008,
the Company was acquired by Lanyon, a leading
competitor. Mr. Riener joined Datamaxx Group Inc.
as the EVP Sales in April 2008. The Company is
a leading provider of communications technologies
and application software solutions to law enforcement,
criminal justice, public safety, and homeland
security agencies. |

Park PhD, CTO and Chief Software Architect
Dr. Park is CTO and Chief Software architect of
VRSurgeon and WorldHealthRecord. Dr. Park has
served as a staff computer scientist for GE Corporate
Research & Development, Dr. Park has led critical
enterprise web applications for strategic projects
in GE Power Systems (GEPS), GE Energy Rental,
GE Global Inspection and Repair Services (GE I&RS)
and GE Aircraft Engines. Dr. Park has also developed
a Healthcare Portal with University of Maryland
(UMD) and a Knowledge management system for GE
Medical Systems (GEMS). His experience ensures
WorldHealthRecord is the state of the art in secure
Medical Web Technology.Dr. Park holds a PhD in
Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh University,
Scotland and holds several patents.ompany is fully
HIPAA compliant and obeys best practices guidelines
